Charlie arrives at the New York City premiere of CITY LIGHTS, Feb. 6th, 1931

Charlie is accompanied by Ralph Barton and Millicent Hearst (wife of William Randolph Hearst). Due to the large crowd awaiting his arrival, Charlie & his guests had to be escorted into the theater by the police.
